Job Summary
This role combines marketing and HR functions to enhance brand visibility, digital engagement, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate will drive marketing strategies, manage social media, support recruitment, and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute branding & digital marketing strategies.
- Create content for social media, emails, blogs, and website updates.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Conduct market research & analyze trends to enhance outreach.
- Optimize SEO & track campaign performance using analytics tools.
HR:
- Support recruitment by managing job postings, screening resumes & coordinating interviews.
- Assist in onboarding & employee engagement activities.
- Plan training programs & initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication, creativity & problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media management & content marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies & recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Microsoft Designer) & SEO/analytics is a plus.
